Autumn is Here! Rokko Meets Art 2017!

Cool Breezes have started to blow on Rokkosan, Autumn has arrived. The various seasons of Rokkosan are wonderful to experience and Autumn is one of the best. Cool sunny days, the leaves changing to the Autumn colors, perfect weather for relaxing and enjoying the mountain and spectacular clear views.

Autumn breezes bring many clear, crisp views like today.

Autumn also brings to Rokkosan the annual “Rokko Meets Art” exhibition. In it’s eighth year it features exhibits from artists from Japan as well as abroad. The mixture of Art and the Nature of Rokkosan is something not to miss.

Rokko Meets Art 2017

“Rokko Meets Art 2017” will run from September 9th (Saturday) until November 23rd (Thursday). There are many venues that are free to view by just walking around Rokkosan. Some are inside areas that have admission fees, like the Rokkosan Country House, Rokko-Shidare Observatory, Rokko Alpine Botanical Garden and Rokko International Musical Box Museum.

There is a special “Rokko Meets Art 2017 Viewing Ticket” available for 1,850 yen for Adults (Middle School and Older) and 930 yen for children (Age 4 years old to Elementary School) that allows admission to all of the venues.
